Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand

  • Orders may ship from the nearest fulfillment location to ensure timely delivery

Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Arizzze.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items should be returned in like-new condition
  • Original packaging is recommended whenever possible

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
